Liv Tyler achieved
international recognition as a result of her portrayal of Elf maiden
Arwen Undómiel in the Lord of the Rings film trilogy: The
Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring, The Lord of the Rings: The
Two Towers and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.
In Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, Arwen
is played by Liv Tyler, and the film invents many scenes featuring her,
some apparently inspired by the Tale.
In her majestic home of Rivendell, Arwen yearns for her love, Aragorn,
and prays for the salvation of Middle-Earth. The daughter of Elrond
dons a luminous gown of soft velvet, with shimmering lace sleeves,
flowing into metallic sleeve drapes. Pantyhose and faux suede boots
also included. Released in 2010 as a part of the Lord Of The Rings
Collection, Arwen Evenstar is a limited edition of 1500 pieces. She is
approximately 16″ tall and is crafted of fine quality
vinyl/hard plastic with rooted saran hair. Arwen Evenstar features 13
points of articulated movement and hand-painted face detail. She uses
the Tyler Wentworth 16″ standard bending wrist body sculpt
and has blues eyes and convertible feet. Display stand is included.
